It will have the Pip-Boy 3000 UI when it's in-game, of course. Considering the fact that New Vegas is a throwback to the original Fallouts, I felt that a more traditional Pip-Boy would be nice. I'm not sure if the Pip-Boy 3000 is like a watch which you can just put it on and take off so easily.
I've always thought that Doc Mitchell giving you a Pip-Boy 3000 was kind of weird since. I decided to model an improved Pip-Boy 2000 that fits the Fallout universe. Since people have been working on getting the Pip-Boy Readius working on New Vegas.
